What services do you use?

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked for all UK deliveries. This provides tracking so you can follow your parcel once it has been dispatched.
How long does dispatch take?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
How long does delivery take?

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked is an estimated 2 working day service after dispatch. Delivery times can occasionally vary depending on postal conditions, strikes, weather, or other delays outside our control.
What should I do if there is a problem?

If your parcel is delayed or you have not received tracking details, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it as quickly as possible. Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or product swabs once an order has been dispatched.
