Returns, Refunds & Support
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been dispatched, except in cases of shipping damage or clear quality issues (with photographic evidence and within 7 days of receipt). All sales are final for opened or used vials.
What if my order arrives damaged?
